Welcome to Better Cellutions.  Our health is an amazing gift that we want to enjoy for a lifetime, and it is our honor and privilege to protect it.     My  mission is to provide exposure to education in the science of glycobiology, plant-based supplementation, and healthy eating for weight loss and maximum wellness. I want to empower people so that they can make decisions for their health and wellness based on education and not marketing hype, marketing deception, or TV commercials. 

Again, our health is precious, and it is critical that we learn the truth about what's happening to our food and how to take action  in order to protect our one and only health.  Exposure to education, and then using this knowledge to make educated choices in the food that we eat and the supplements we take are part of our journey towards wellness. 

 

 
Our Altered Foods

Convenience foods have been a way of life for years.  We've eaten them as a kids and then gone on to feed them to our families.  Most of us don't grow our own food and we have relied on the food industry to do right by us.

Foundational Glyconutrients

Perhaps you have heard of Glycobiology, but you don't know what
to make of it yet.  Or maybe this is the first time you've ever heard about it.  Either way, here at BetterCellutions.com, you will get a glimpse of this very critical and exciting science and the role it plays in not only enabling our immune system to function optimally, but to also improve cognitive function and overall health.

Very simply stated, the definition of Glycobiology is the study of sugar nutrients and their role in biology.  Studies show that there are at least 8 sugars called monosaccharides that our cells need for optimum function.  These are shown in the chart to your right.

Our bodies do not produce these sugars, so we must get them from our diet.  The problem is that many of these monosaccharides are being eliminated from food due to modern farming techniques.  Without these sugars, our cells can lose the ability to function at their optimum performance level; meaning our cognitive function and immune system suffer.
